About Connor

Hey! My name is Connor Burns! I’m 23 years old and I’ve been wakesurfing since the summer of 2016. Our friend had a wakesurf boat and I just loved it so much we ended up getting our own boat at Scorpion bay marina. I started competing almost immediately and won the Amateur World Championships my first year, then moved straight to pro. I just won the professional world championships for the 5th year! I love the sport and honestly couldn’t imagine my life without it. My sponsors are Centurion/Supreme Boats and Kanuk Board Co. I ride the 4’5 Burnsy Pro and I am proud to say it is Kanuk's best seller! My goal is to do the best I can promoting the industry and sharing my love for the sport. Read below for my podium history!

  • 2016

    2016 was my first year competing. I looked up to the pros and knew thats what I wanted to become one day. I practiced every day.
